A new series of paintings that Donna has been working on ..... she always loves painting in this style, but she didn't think it's to everyone's liking.... so after some sisterly encouragement ...... she painted this trio. Pretty special I think.
I love the common theme through out all of them.... outdoors, wind swept hair, amazing colours (I love the light blue she's used on these gals eyes), and of course.....the houses.
This trio was painted on cardboard that we recycled from the local fruit and vegetable shop....put to good use I thought.
The prints are adorable and show the different texture the cardboard has offered. Any of these prints would look wonderful framed .... all three would look stunning for a group effect.
These are full of personality! And cardboard...how cool!

It's always surprising to paint on unique surfaces I love the results. My sister gave me sisterly encouragement to start my madeit shop, I didn't think my photography and drawing was good enough but I'm so glad she did I love it now!! Have a great week :)
